  • Supports using Okta as the identity provider (IdP) β€” the recommended approach for most MSPs β€” while accommodating deployments where another directory or system serves as the IdP

  • Runs actions (password resets, app assignments, user and group creation, policy changes) in Okta instantly

  • Provides detailed audit logs alongside Okta system logs so you can correlate ZeroTek actions with Okta events without switching consoles

  • Lets authorized users securely Deep Link (a one-click shortcut into any customer's Okta Admin Console) for tasks that must be done directly in Okta

Typical setup

  1. During onboarding, the MSP sets up their own Okta org with the ZeroTek team.

  2. The MSP creates a separate Okta org for each customer.

  3. The MSP configures a baseline security setup for each Okta org and integrates existing directories, often using ZeroConfig (ZeroTek's Okta configuration tool).

  4. The MSP configures remaining users, groups, applications, and security access per customer from ZeroTek.
