ZeroTek Audit gives your team a unified view of all create, update, and delete actions taken by ZeroTek users across all your customers. Because ZeroTek is a single platform for managing all your Okta orgs, the Audit area provides a single, searchable record of everything your team does — making it straightforward to track activity, investigate issues, and meet compliance requirements.
Audit events include:
System access changes — assigning or removing ZeroTek roles, including associated Ticket IDs if entered
Deep Link sessions, including any audit notes entered when initiating the session
Configuration changes
ROLE REQUIRED
ZeroTek Administrator
ZeroTek Read-Only Administrator – view-only access
Limited access (assigned customers only; search, view, export)
ZeroTek Technician
ZeroTek Technician without Deep Linking
ZeroTek Help Desk
Steps
In ZeroTek, click ZeroTek Audit. By default, the view shows all audit events from the last 24 hours.
To filter by date range, select a Date Filter. To search for events linked to a support ticket, enter a value in the Ticket ID field — this returns exact matches only. (Ticket IDs appear only if the user who performed the action entered a value in the optional Ticket ID field on the confirmation screen at the time of the action.)
To view details for an event, click the arrow on the left of the row if one is present — not all events have additional detail.
To export audit events, click Export.
For Okta system log events — such as user sign-ins, authentication activity, and Okta admin actions — see Log Viewer. ZeroTek Audit consolidates what your team does in ZeroTek; Log Viewer consolidates what happens in Okta.
