The MSP Administration section describes management tasks related to the ZeroTek platform. Most of these procedures can be performed only by someone with the ZeroTek Administrator role, although a few can also be performed by users with the ZeroTek Technician or Billing role.

IMPORTANT
Unless instructed by ZeroTek Support, do not modify settings in:
System Settings > Deep Linking
System Settings > Single Sign-On
These settings are configured during onboarding and should not need to change. In particular, the Single Sign-On tab controls whether basic authentication (username/password login) is enabled. ZeroTek disables this during onboarding and enables SAML SSO instead, which is significantly more secure.
