The Users area in ZeroTek lets you manage Okta users for a selected org.

What you can do depends on your ZeroTek role, the user's status, and the user type. For example, you cannot deactivate a user whose status is Staged, because it means the user is not yet activated. If a user has been imported from on-prem AD in a rare AD-mastered integration with Okta, you cannot edit that user in ZeroTek or Okta. (You can, however, edit users imported from on-prem AD in an Okta-mastered integration with Okta in ZeroTek or in Okta and sync to AD.)
