BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Know the result: when you deactivate an Okta user that was imported from AD, the user's sign-in is blocked in AD.

Steps

  1. In ZeroTek, in the Users area, identify the user imported from AD that you want to deactivate.

  2. Click Actions.

  3. Click Deactivate User.

  4. Click Deactivate User to confirm. Optionally, copy the relevant ticket ID from your PSA system and paste it in the Ticket ID field to associate the PSA ticket with this action. ZeroTek users can filter and search by Ticket ID in ZeroTek Audit logs.

  5. On the Deactivated tab, the user is now listed as deactivated.
