Remediation of Health Check findings — hands-on work to fix issues surfaced by a Health Check when they go beyond standard support.
Architecture reviews — our Okta-certified team reviews your identity architecture and gives concrete recommendations.
Complex workflow customizations — custom Okta Workflows, integrations, or non-standard configurations built for a specific requirement.
Extended training — ongoing or in-depth training beyond standard onboarding, scoped per engagement.
How engagements work
Free scoping — we scope every professional services engagement at no charge. If you're not sure whether something is billable, ask us and we'll scope it for free.
Time and materials — professional services are billed on a time and materials basis. You're invoiced for the actual hours worked and resources used when the project wraps, regardless of the original estimate.
Delivered in English — professional services engagements are conducted in English.
