Before Installing TecZERO

To deploy TecZERO, the following must be in place:

  1. An OIE Okta tenant. If it was migrated from a Classic Okta tenant, Factor Sequencing must be converted to Authentication Sequencing. (If the Okta org is running on Okta Classic, Factor Sequencing must be turned on.)

  2. Windows workstations with .NET Framework 4.7.2+

  3. For domain-joined machines, AD should be in line of sight for first-time login if UTM is used or if TecZERO is disabled for certain domain groups

  4. Workstations with Windows 10.

  5. Active users in Okta that are able to login to Okta.

  6. Users are enrolled in all the factors which are part of the authentication chain.

  7. Internet should be available when the user is trying to log in the first time after TecZERO is installed.

TecZERO is currently only supporting domain and local users. Azure/Microsoft is not supported.
