About the ZeroTek Okta Workflow Library

ZeroTek Technical Services provides a library of field-tested pre-built Okta Workflows that Partners can use to speed up their implementations, at no charge. Every Okta org with ZeroTek's Okta Pro licensing includes up to 5 active flows. You can use them for any combination of library workflows or your own flows, and you don't need to use the same ones in every org. Some library workflows use more than one flow; each workflow's article shows exactly how many before you import it. Flows that are turned off don't count toward the limit.

Need more than 5 active flows for a client org? Two month-to-month Okta add-ons available from ZeroTek raise the limit to 50:

Available Okta workflows from ZeroTek

Workflow	Description
Scheduled monthly user export	Emails a CSV file with user account data from a specified group.
Alerting on logins outside the US	Sends an email to a specified address when a login is detected outside the US (or any configurable zone).
Scheduled deletion of deactivated users	Deletes users in the Deactivated state on a configurable date (by default the 13th).
Remove users from the MFA Exempt group	Adds and removes users from the MFA Exempt group after 24 hours.
Alerting when Okta Admin actions are taken	Sends email alerts to relevant recipients to support prompt awareness when impactful changes are made.
Automatically remove emails from Okta Bounce List	Automates the unblocking of email addresses from the Okta Email Address Bounce List via API.
Trigger notification for SAML app certificate expiration	Checks the expiration date of SAML certificates for apps in Okta and notifies admins so they can take action and prevent service disruptions.
Send notification for account locked from new devices	Detects account lockouts from unrecognized devices and sends real-time email alerts to the appropriate team or administrator.
Revoke M365 user session	Revokes Microsoft 365 sessions immediately when an Okta password is changed, preventing stale credentials from causing authentication issues.
