Starting January 16, 2025, Okta will send Trust Incident notifications from a new email address: [email protected], instead of [email protected]. This change allows Okta to scale their communications infrastructure and improve response times.

Required actions
No immediate action is required, but if you signed up to receive trust incident notifications, you should:
Update records if needed.
Add [email protected] to safe sender lists.
Check spam/junk folders to ensure delivery of notifications.
To enable trust incident notifications now:
Log in to the Okta admin console as an administrator.
Navigate to Settings > Account > Admin Email Notifications > Okta Communications.
Enable the checkboxes for the communications you want to receive, and save your changes.
β
As this is a per-tenant configuration, ZeroTek recommend that MSPs enable Trust Incident notifications for their own tenant. Notifications of this sort are typically globally applicable.
