New Okta users are not being pushed to on-premises AD

If users created in Okta are not appearing in on-premises AD, first work through all the checks in Cannot reset passwords in Okta for imported AD users, then also check the following:

Push Groups configuration — Confirm that Push Groups are configured in the Okta-AD integration. In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Directory → Directory Integrations → Active Directory and check the Push Groups tab.

User group membership — Confirm the new user has been assigned to the Okta group configured as a Push Group. Users must be a member of this group before they will be pushed to AD. See Configure Okta to push new users to on-premises AD for details.
