Run scheduled or ad hoc reports on Okta org you are managing from ZeroTek. You can also archive reports or choose to have reports emailed.

Okta Reports tab
Select one of the following reports on the Okta Reports tab to run the report immediately. You can then copy the contents of the report, or export it to CSV or as a PDF.
Okta User Usage - This report displays how frequently Okta users login to Okta or use Okta to SSO into assigned applications.
Okta MFA Report - Users Without Factors Enrolled - This report displays Okta users that do not have at least one Okta authenticator enrolled. This report excludes all users with a Status of Deactivated or Suspended. Learn more about managing Okta users in ZeroTek.
Inactive Users - This report displays users that have never logged into Okta.
ZeroTek Reports tab
ZeroTek currently offers one option on the ZeroTek Reports tab, which you can select to run the report immediately. You can then copy the contents of the report, or export it to CSV or as a PDF.
ZeroTek Audit - This report lists actions performed in a specific Okta org via ZeroTek, as captured by ZeroTek Audit, and supplies additional details about those actions where available. It is important to note the ZeroTek Audit report includes only actions performed in the Okta org through ZeroTek, along with Deep Link and Verify Caller Identity events. It excludes ZeroTek-specific actions, such as report scheduling, customer profile updates, or ZeroConfig template assignments.
Scheduled Reports tab
Click Create Scheduled Report on the Scheduled Reports tab to set up a schedule for a particular report to be generated on a recurring basis and automatically emailed to recipients you specify. Scheduled reports are automatically archived and can be found on the Archived Reports tab.

Configuration options:
Report - Select the report.
Notes - Any notes are for internal reference only and are not included on the report or the email.
Report Format - Indicates the report will always be emailed as a PDF.
Frequency - Choose Weekly or Monthly.
Day - Choose the day of the week.
Time - Select a time of day and the relevant time zone.
After you create a scheduled report, you can identify who will receive the report when it is generated:
Recipients in My Organization - Choose from a list of ZeroTek users.
Recipients in Customer Organization - Choose from a list of Okta users that are members of the Okta Org you are reporting on.
Additional Recipients - Enter additional email addresses as required. For example, you might identify a distribution list here.
For the sake of privacy, recipients only see their own email address in the recipient list.
Archived Reports tab
The Archived Reports tab lists all reports generated on a schedule, as well as recipients (if any) of each report.

If you delete a schedule, the reports generated as a result of that schedule are not removed from the Archived Reports tab.
